Moo Cow Cheeseball

Ingredients
2- 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sour cream
8 ounce shredded Moo Cow Creamery Cheddar Cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
dash or so of pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
Add cream cheese and sour cream mix together. Add all seasonings mix until blended well. Mix in shredded Moo Cow Creamery Cheddar Cheese. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or more.
Shape into bowl with spatula, then with greased hands. Roll cheeseball into chopped pecans to cover entirely. Serve with crackers. Store in refrigerator.
Can change cheese variety to any flavor of choice.
Can also add chipped beef, chopped pepperoni or ranch seasoning as alternate flavors.
