Cheeseburgers a'la Moo Cow

Ingredients

 

1 pound ground beef

Cheese of choice from Moo Cow Creamery

 

Form ground beef into balls with hands, then shape into patties. In skillet or on grill, cook burgers to your desired doneness.

 

Once cooked add suggested cheese of choice:

Moo Cow Creamery Cheddar

Crabby Cheddar

Garlic-N-Chive Cheddar 

Pepper Jack Colby   

 

Enjoy with all the "fixins" on a fresh bun.
