Moo Cow Baked Mac-N-Cheese




1 box uncooked macaroni

1/2 cup Moo Cow Creamery butter

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

4 cups whole milk

4 cups Moo Cow Creamery Shredded Cheddar 

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook and drain macaroni. Place macaroni in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set aside. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add Worcestershire sauce. Once butter is melted add flour, salt, pepper and ground mustard. Mix well continuing to stir for approximately 2 - 3 minutes until mixture becomes thick and bubbly.   


Add milk and continue stirring mixture. Once mixture starts to get bubbly it will begin to thicken. Once mixture thickens, add cheese and continue to stir so it all melts together. Pour mixture over the cooked macaroni and mix gently. Bake on 350 degrees F for 30 minutes and serve.     

Feel free to change up the Cheddar to any variety of Moo Cow Creamery Cheddar. You may wish to try the Garlic-N-Chive Cheddar or maybe a kick for the tastebuds with Crabby Cheddar.
